Unless you are the extremely rare and mature soul who can simply hear a non-dual truth or pointer with the intellect and effectuate an immediate and lasting shift in your sense of identity to one of much greater freedom and wisdom, the probability is high that you need to develop your ability to concentrate at the subtler levels of your own consciousness in order to gain any true and lasting experiential shift in your awakening.
Meditation, when understood and applied properly, according to the ways of true self-knowledge, is an excellent way to internalize what you have heard teachers say, or what you have read in the scriptures, as well as a profound and necessary way to connect to and activate your own inner consciousness teacher so you can progress more rapidly on your own as well.
The intention behind the 30-Day Meditation Mastery retreat is to have a large group of people focus for an extended period of time on the path of Self-Realization with Bentinho’s guidance intimately present with you, by putting the key pointers into practice immediately. It is also designed to give you a prolonged structure to aid you in joyfully increasing your discipline, which for most is hard to self-generate without any structure. This 30-day accessible-yet-focused structure will be incredibly helpful for anyone to truly liberate themselves to new degrees of freedom, love and wisdom.
There will be provided, as always, the necessary information needed for balanced integration into the mind/body/spirit complex, but there will be no particular emphasis in this online retreat on “how to better live your relative life.” Instead, we will aim to deepen your inner devotion to The Self—which I personally have no problem calling God—as well as to help you develop greater access to some of the most directly liberating keys that unlock powerful, suffering-diminishing and love-deepening awakenings.
If you are interested and feel truly called to spend 30 days in meditative and devotional (to your own Self Realization) absorption together (without having to sacrifice your day to day schedule and activities), where the emphasis is placed on silence, focus, concentration, understanding, direct insight, deconstruction of false ideas, recognition of the already ever-present freedom, and valuable keys to unlocking experiential realizations about yourself, then I welcome you wholeheartedly to this accessible retreat.

About the Retreat
Every other day for the full 30 days, Bentinho will lead short instructional sessions (40-60 minutes long) introducing a new mantra or meditation technique for all participants to practice for the following 48 hours until the next session. In addition to these short recurring sessions, Bentinho will lead 5 full-length (1 to 2-hour) sessions, starting with the Free Introductory Session on August 28. All sessions—short and long—will be broadcast live on Crowdcast. See 30-Day Meditation Mastery Schedule, further down the page, for the daily schedule
- Free Introductory session: August 28 at 12pm (noon) CT / 7pm CET; Live and available to the public on Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube
- Full sessions: September 1, 9, 21, and 27; all at 17:00 CET / 15:00 UTC unless otherwise specified.
- Short instructional sessions: September 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 23, 25, 29; all at 17:00 CET / 15:00 UTC unless otherwise specified. These once-every-48-hour sessions are short (40-60 minutes) which will make it easy for you to follow the entire retreat regardless of your schedule. During these sessions Bentinho will teach at least 15 unique exercises, ‘mantras’ or statements to help you unlock gateways to freedom.
- You will get access to an exclusive section on our Forum, where you and other participants can ask Bentinho whatever questions you have about the exercises and mantras. He will answer some of these questions in the live sessions. The forum stays open indefinitely to anyone who registered for this retreat to encourage an ongoing community to support the integration and re-viewing of these sessions together at a later time.
- All participants will continue to have access to the recordings of all sessions after the retreat ends.

Our intention is for you to be able to integrate this entire retreat into your current lifestyle, engage as little or as much as you like with the other participants, and likely get your most relevant questions answered by Bentinho. We are confident you won’t need to make major adjustments to your schedule in order to keep up with this 30-day meditation retreat. You could generate a true, Vipassana-style focused retreat for yourself, or you can change virtually nothing about your day-to-day lifestyle and still integrate all of the exercises and teachings.
The 30-Day Meditation Mastery retreat will give you a highly distilled, precise-yet-expanded understanding of the usefulness and effective application of meditation, and will function as your microcosmic application of your macrocosmic journey. This means that these 30 days, although incredibly powerful in and of themselves, will really help you find your best possible groove in the application of meditation so that you can then continue to apply the most liberating segments and methods that worked most powerfully for you far beyond the duration of these 30 days.
Note: As you study the schedule below, you will see it is scheduled by day, with one day in between where there will likely be no recordings or live sessions. These “days off” are not really days off. They are on days meant to give you time to further unlock inner doors using the keys given to you the day before.
Retreat Price — Sliding Scale
We have decided on a pay-what-you-want sliding scale starting at $149 USD (€126). That’s less than $5/day for the entire 30-day retreat.
You can enter any number in the payment field that you feel this retreat is worth and that you are capable of contributing, with a minimum requirement of $149 USD (€126). We suggest an average contribution of $300-$600 but please do not feel obligated at all, especially if you’re in a rough spot financially. Any amount will help us in setting up this retreat and is gratefully received.
NOTE: You will receive the same complete access to this retreat’s live broadcasts, recordings, support forum, and community of fellow meditators as everyone else that registers, regardless of your chosen contribution.
Your access to this retreat’s recordings and dedicated community continues indefinitely after the live broadcasts are completed at no additional cost to you.

This session covered how concentration and meditation—when clearly understood in their proper context and usefulness—can rapidly expand your mind and even set you free from the mind. Bentinho explained why every meditation is not as effective, and why meditating with a proper meta-understanding will greatly help in producing the experiential results you may actually be seeking and desiring. Wednesday, September 1st — The Official Retreat Starts
For this retreat, Day 1 of the retreat equates to September 1st, Day 3 falls on September 3rd, and so forth. So the number of the retreat day correlates to the same day of September. The last official session planned so far will fall on September 29th, with the last official practice day for you being September 30th. But Bentinho will also instruct you how to best proceed with these meditations after the 30 days are over. ALL SESSIONS begin at 17:00 CET / 15:00 UTC unless otherwise specified.
Chapter 1: Preparatory Attitude & Concentration Training
September 1 – 7
Day 1: Full-Length Live Session with Bentinho (1-2 hrs):
- The difference between concentration and meditation
- The importance of the preparatory attitude before diving into true concentration or meditation
- The immense return on energetic investment you will gain if you cultivate the preparatory attitude for meditation
- Q&A from the live participants
- First exercise for the following 48 hours, which will help in your cultivation of the preparatory attitude for concentration and meditation
Day 3: Q&A, Guided Preparatory Attitude Exercise and Silent Transmission
After potentially answering some relevant questions from the forum or live participants, Bentinho will guide a shorter session (40-60 mins), containing:
- Apreparatory attitude exercise to further improve your foundation for making concentration and meditation more effortless and powerful for you going forward
- A concentration-specific exercise to improve your ability to keep your attention focused on one intention, thought or form
- Bentinho will stay present for some minutes of silent transmission while you apply this exercise
- Apply this same exercise throughout the next 48 hours as often as you remember to do so, or according to Bentinho’s specific instructions for this exercise
Days 5 and 7: Q&A, Mantra, Guided Concentration Exercise and Silent Transmission
After potentially answering some relevant questions from the forum or live participants, Bentinho will guide a shorter session (40-60 mins), containing:
- A powerful new affirmation or mantra to help you focus and transmute your mind/body/spirit complex
- A new concentration-specific exercise to improve your ability to keep your attention focused on one intention, thought or form
- Bentinho will stay present for some minutes of silent transmission while you apply this exercise

Chapter 2: Meditation Training
September 9 – 19
Day 9: Full Length Live Session with Bentinho (1-2 hrs)
After potentially answering some relevant questions from the forum or live participants, Bentinho will start off Chapter 2 by giving a full talk on why and in what way meditation is most useful.
He will provide deeper and more nuanced clarifications on what exactly meditation is and what its relevant role is in the bigger picture of our spiritual journey. He will also address the four main kinds of meditations:
- Penetrative: towards Source, reaching new depths or subtler levels beyond your current perception; unlocking new dimensions of your innate consciousness
- Surrender: inquiry into—and letting go of—the different layers which comprise our conditioned and false sense of separation; a blending into oneness/God/True Self
- Resting: abiding, stabilizing, establishing yourself at a new baseline of a subtler/purer/freer level of consciousness
- Amplification: upping your brightness, power, awakeness or density of consciousness; empowering your clarity
Bentinho will end this session by providing you with your first meditation-specific exercise of this retreat, possibly a new mantra, as well as some silent transmission.

Days 11, 13, 15, 17, and 19: Q&A, Mantra, Guided Meditation Exercise and Silent Transmission

- A powerful new affirmation or mantra to help you focus and transmute your mind/body/spirit complex
- A new guided meditation or inquiry to help you free your consciousness from its self-imposed limitations and delusions

Chapter 3: Realization Training
September 21 – 25
Day 21: Full Length Live Session with Bentinho (1-2 hrs)
After potentially answering some relevant questions from the forum or live participants, Bentinho will start off Chapter 3 by giving a full talk on what distinguishes awakening (realization) from meditation, and how realization can be triggered more directly, especially when supported by a foundation in a meditative practice, even though it bypasses the meditator and his/her meditation practice.
This chapter will focus a lot on the most direct means to awakening, which is the way of conviction and immediate transmutation using the intellect.
Bentinho will end this session by giving you a new mantra to help you realize freedomfrom all experiences more directly.
Days 23 and 25: Q&A, Mantra, Guided Awakening Exercise and Silent Transmission
After potentially answering some relevant questions from the forum or live participants, Bentinho will guide a shorter session (40-60 minutes), containing:
- A powerful new affirmation or mantra to help you awaken and transcend illusions
- A new guided understanding/conviction that immediately increases awakeness/transcendence to help you free your consciousness from its self-imposed limitations and delusions
- Bentinho will stay present for some minutes of silent transmission while you apply this exercise
- Apply this same conviction throughout the next 48 hours as often as you remember to do so, or according to Bentinho’s specific instructions for this exercise
Chapter 4: Non-Dual Integration Training—True Simultaneity
September 27 – 29
Day 27: Full Length Live Session with Bentinho (1-2 hrs)
After potentially answering some relevant questions from the forum or live participants, Bentinho will start off Chapter 4 by giving a full talk on how to integrate your newly gained level of realization and transcendence with your day to day experiences and your ordinary or conventional mode of consciousness.
This talk will help you develop a balanced understanding of the nature of oneness, and will help you diminish the difference you perceive between ‘that which is free and timeless’ and ‘that which is conventional and temporal’ so that your integration of ever-expanding freedom and formless awakeness into daily relationships is smoothed out and made easier. This will help you access and embody what Bentinho refers to as True Simultaneity.
Bentinho will talk on the paradoxical nature of non-duality and how to accept or embrace, and possibly even resolve this paradox, as a way to support you with this integration and acceptance process, so you can truly live a full life based in oneness, without having to sacrifice your relative, soul blueprint for this incarnation. This is a unique and rare type of training in an understanding that we haven’t really found to be spoken about anywhere else with this degree of all-embracing clarity.
Day 29: Q&A, Mantra, Guided Integration Exercise and Silent Transmission
After potentially answering some relevant questions from the forum or live participants, Bentinho will guide a shorter session (40-60 mins), containing:
- A powerful new affirmation or mantra to help you integrate formless freedom into your day-to-day mind/body/spirit complex experiences
- A new guided understanding that will help resolve the paradox between oneness and the appearance of multiplicity; freedom and limitation; and transcendental and conventional reality
- Bentinho will stay present for some minutes of silent transmission while you apply this exercise;
- Apply this same conviction throughout the next 48 hours as often as you remember to do so, or according to Bentinho’s specific instructions for this exercise.
