Julie Foudy, a retired American professional soccer midfielder, is a two-time World Cup Champion, a two-time Olympic Gold Medalist, and an Olympic Silver Medalist. In 2007, she was inducted into the US National Soccer Hall of Fame. The book is eye-catching, with whimsical design elements, and the text is written in an unaffected style that will not intimidate.
