I’m so excited to introduce the beautiful and talented Katie Sunshine as our featured hoop instructor in this intensive core on-body hooping course!

Katie Sunshine has been hooping for over a decade. Katie spent her first several years mastering solely on-body hooping and creating a deep connection with the hoop and how it rolls around the body.

In this course Katie Sunshine will dive deep into all on-body hooping from knee hooping, waist hooping, vertical hooping, and how to drill some core techniques to really master these moves and connect with the hoop.

Katie Sunshine was one of my first personal hoop inspirations early on in my hoop journey and I’m so excited to have her as one of our featured Autumn Flow hoop instructors.
